Within this One Stop Shop, we provide, inter alia, the following services:
- obtaining valid (current) and/or historical land registry extracts from land registers maintained by competent institutions in BiH;
- obtaining valid (current) and/or historical cadastral and possession extracts from records maintained by competent institutions in BiH;
- obtaining valid (current) and/or historical extracts from business entity registers (companies), as well as registers of non-governmental organizations, foundations, and representative offices of foreign non-governmental organizations/foundations/legal entities in BiH;
- obtaining certificates of finality and/or enforceability of court decisions and decisions of other competent administrative authorities in BiH;
- obtaining various receipts, certificates and other official documents from competent institutions in BiH;
- review and inspection of case files in court (excluding criminal proceedings) and administrative proceedings, with preparation of a written report for the client;
- review/inspection of the land registers, court registers, registers of competent ministries and other public records in BiH, with preparation of a written report for the client;
- certification of documents before notaries, courts and competent administrative authorities in BiH;
- legalization and apostille certification of documents – including obtaining an apostille stamp for documents issued in BiH, as well as handling foreign documents;
