Comprehensive legal support in the process of obtaining official tax and legal opinions from competent administrative authorities in BiH, ensuring lawful, efficient, and legally secure handling, with the aim of strengthening the legal certainty of clients’ business operations.
The legal and administrative system in BiH is characterized by a multi-layered structure of competences (state, entity, district, cantonal and municipal levels), where legal regulations and their application are not always fully harmonized. In practice, competent administrative authorities, and in particular tax authorities, often interpret the same legal provisions differently, including in inspection proceedings.
