Comprehensive legal support throughout the process of obtaining various licenses, permits, consents, and approvals (e.g. in the fields of trade, freight forwarding, transportation, telecommunications, construction, energy, oil and gas, activities of clinics, polyclinics and various types of doctor’s specialist offices, pharmaceuticals, as well as in other fields depending on the registered business activity) (all collectively referred to as: Licenses), before the competent administrative authorities in BiH, covering all phases – from the initial assessment of applicable regulations to full implementation and obtaining the required Licenses.

When it comes to obtaining Licenses in BiH (where most of the activities listed below also apply to the registration of subsequent corporate changes related to Licenses), these activities, in principle, are divided into two phases:
Phase 1Preparatory actions
In order to create the prerequisites for obtaining Licenses before the competent administrative authorities in BiH, in principle, it is necessary to perform the following actions:
- prior consultations with the client for a thorough acquaintance with the project;
- analysis of relevant regulations (identification of required Licenses) and legal practice (if necessary);
- drafting the necessary legal documents;
- delivery of instructions to the client for signature and/or certification of documents;
- other legal advice to a founder and/or management of the client.
Phase 2Representation before competent administrative authorities in BiH and obtaining Licenses
In this phase, in principle, we perform the following actions:
- preparation of applications for issuance of Licenses and other legal documents/forms;
- certification of documents and payment of taxes in the name and on behalf of the client;
- submission of the applications for issuance of Licenses to the competent administrative authorities in BiH with the necessary documentation;
- oral and/or written communication (including urgencies) with the competent administrative authorities in BiH;
- obtaining of issued Licenses.
